Personalized Gynecologic Care

We provide deeply personalized, evidence-based care for women at every stage of life—from first periods to post-menopause. With deep expertise in midlife and menopausal health, we help women navigate hormonal transitions with clarity and confidence.

Our practice is intentionally small, allowing us to spend more time with each patient. We provide expert guidance from first conversations to complex long-term gynecologic issues. Our work is grounded in science, empathy, and discretion.

Meet Sally Greenwald, MD, MPH

Board-Certified OB-GYN | Certified Menopause Provider

Dr. Greenwald is a board-certified Obstetrician and Gynecologist with specialized certification in Menopause Medicine and a Master’s in Public Health. She helps women navigate perimenopause and menopause with a focus on hormone health, sexual wellness, and individualized care. Her practice emphasizes evidence-based, personalized approaches and close collaboration with patients’ clinical teams to support overall health and quality of life. Our clinic embraces a high-touch, low-volume approach, practicing slow, personalized medicine that allows us to truly understand each patient and tailor care to their unique needs.

A Bay Area native, Dr. Greenwald trained at UCSF and developed a comprehensive clinical practice with Stanford Health Care. She continues to teach as an Affiliated Clinical Assistant Professor at Stanford Medical School and practices high-volume obstetrics several days each month at Santa Clara Valley Medical Center.
