Frequently Asked Questions

  • Dr. Greenwald’s practice is intentionally small, designed to allow her to provide truly individualized, unhurried care to each patient she serves. At this time, Dr. Greenwald is not accepting new patients.

Her practice colleagues Dr. Nazaneen Homaifar and Dr. Sarah Isquick, both board-certified OB-GYNs and certified menopause providers, are currently accepting new consultations and memberships. They share Dr. Greenwald’s commitment to the same personalized, evidence-based, unhurried care, with the same intentionally small panels. You are warmly encouraged to connect with them using the contact form on this site.

  • We do not bill insurance. We operate as a concierge membership practice, which lets us maintain a smaller patient panel and offer a level of access, continuity, and time that traditional insurance-based care cannot. Because we operate entirely outside the insurance system, we do not provide documentation, including superbills, for insurance submission.

You can find a board certified menopause provider by going to this website.

  • Concierge medicine—also called direct primary or specialty care—is a model in which patients pay a membership fee. In return, patients receive significantly more time with their doctor, same-day or next-day access, and a continuity of relationship that is rare in conventional healthcare settings.

For women navigating perimenopause, menopause, or complex gynecologic concerns, this model is particularly meaningful. Hormonal health is nuanced. Symptom patterns evolve. Having a physician who knows your history, your labs, your goals, and who has the time to think carefully with you, means your care is built around you, not a protocol. Our membership model exists precisely to make that kind of care possible.

  • Our physicians provide comprehensive gynecologic and hormonal care. Areas of expertise include:

    • Perimenopause and menopause, including hormone therapy (HRT/MHT)

    • Sexual health and wellness, including low libido, pain, and changes in function

    • Menstrual disorders, including irregular cycles, heavy bleeding, PCOS, and PMDD

    • Fibroids, endometriosis, pelvic pain, and urinary incontinence

    • Hormonal contraception, family planning, and fertility support

    • Preventive gynecologic care, cervical health, and cancer screening

  • We see patients across all stages of life, from adolescents navigating their first period and reproductive health to patients who are post-menopausal. Our particular clinical strength is midlife hormonal health: perimenopause, the menopause transition, and the years that follow. If you are unsure whether we are the right fit for your specific health profile, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

  • We genuinely want every patient to receive excellent care, even if it isn’t with us.
